Our Quality Department is lead by Arthur Moore, we address quality system issues, specialising in manufacturing environments. We have specific experience in the automotive quality systems QS9000 and the new ISO/TS 16949:2002, within plastics, electronics and steel/Al. fabrication industries.

ISO/TS 16949:2002 and QS9000 standards incorporate the quality system requirements for design, development, production and supply of automotive related products, however the benefits are equally valid for any manufacturer who is serious about growth and quality products.

Introducing one of these standards will improve the quality of your processes, increase efficiency, customer confidence and satisfaction. QS9000 is being phased out on the 15th of December 2006, by then all suppliers need to have implemented ISO/TS 16949:2002.
